25-Week Mobile Crane Operator
Mobile crane operators lift and move materials. This accredited program prepares individuals for entry-level positions, providing skills for safe operation and opportunities for Red Seal Certification. Includes Class 3 and Class 8 licenses.
Accredited Heavy Equipment & Mobile Crane Programs
Both our Heavy Equipment Program and our Mobile Crane Program are accredited by the Provincial Apprenticeship and Certification Board (PACB). These programs are offered to entry level people (little or no experience), as well as operators who are experienced in the operation of heavy equipment and hoisting equipment; but have no formal training. Upon completion of either program, a successful participant will have the essential skills, knowledge, and attributes to operate as an apprentice in the construction industry.
22 Week Heavy Equipment Operator
Heavy equipment operators work on roads, bridges, and more. This accredited program prepares individuals for entry-level positions, providing skills for safe operation and opportunities for Journeyperson Certification!

Complete Application Form
To begin your journey with us, thoroughly fill out the application form. Ensure all sections are completed accurately to streamline the review process and facilitate a smooth application experience.

Official High School Transcript
Enclose a copy of your Official High School Transcript, ABE or GED showing you have graduated. If you are currently completing high school, submit your current grade 11 or 12 marks. To apply as a mature student (19 years or older without successfully completing high school), you must complete a CAAT Assessment (Level B) for Grade 10 or higher equivalency. Please call the College to arrange a time.

Submit Application Fee
Submit a $45.00 Application Processing Fee. Payable by cash, cheque or money order/bank draft. Debit or credit is accepted (Non-refundable).

Submit Your Driver's License
Submit a copy of your valid Class 05 Newfoundland Driver’s License The Class 05 must be valid for a minimum of one year. If you have an out of province license, it must be transferred to a Newfoundland license, before you are eligible for acceptance.

Complete Medical & Consent Form
Complete the Medical and Consent Form and return the ORIGINAL copy to the College. Medical is to be completed by a physician. NOTE: If you are an applicant with a documented Learning Disability, please submit documentation along with your application.
